I have experience working at all levels and stages of the product development lifecycle. From ideation and research, right through to product delivery and operational support.

Through patience and sympathy, I have fostered a deep understanding of product requirements and service expectations. In converting these into realistic, well tested and deliverable features, I have learned a great many problem solving techniques.

I believe that for a product to achieve good market fit, a team must achieve good product fit. There are few things as impactful as a motivated and focused, cross-functional team, developing and supporting a solution we all believe in.
